Orjena Fisheku A.R.N.P.

Orjena Fisheku, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is extremely passionate about providing evidence-based and quality care to her patients. Born in Albania, and raised in Naples, Florida, she is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University.

She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing magna cum laude in 2015 from Florida Gulf Coast University. She started her career as a Registered Nurse at Naples Community Hospital in 2015 and worked as a Registered Nurse for about 7 years. Her passion for nursing and her desire to make a meaningful impact on patient care through health promotion and disease prevention lead her to pursue further education. In 2020, Orjena achieved a significant milestone in her career by earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Gulf Coast University. She implemented her final doctoral evidence-based project at Millennium Physician Group on the topic of Screening Patients for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in the Primary Care Setting.

Orjena highly values teamwork and interprofessional collaboration and believes that each discipline uniquely contributes to best practice. At heart, she is an advanced practice nurse with a passion for providing excellent patient care with the main goal of improving patient health outcomes. Her clinical interests include primary care, family practice, and orthopedic practice.

Orjena enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going to the beach, and watching the vibrant Naples sunsets.
